Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases from ForeclosureEase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
Eligibility and selecting an edition
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to make a purchase. You are responsible for selecting the state edition that corresponds to the location of the property. Contact support before downloading if you believe you selected the wrong state.
Product, price, and payment
Each state-guide product is a Foreclosure 101 Playbook delivered as a searchable, printable PDF. The ForeclosureEase AI Companion is an optional $50 digital add-on containing assistant instructions, templates, and utilities; it contains no state playbooks and must be used with the separately purchased state edition. The items selected and the total price are shown at checkout before any tax that may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe. ForeclosureEase does not directly receive or store your full card number.
Digital delivery
After successful payment verification, the purchase-confirmation page provides a private link for the selected state edition and, if purchased, a separate link for the AI Companion. Each link expires after 72 hours and may be used up to three times. Contact info@21cdvgroup.com from the checkout email address if a purchased item is not provided. We aim to respond within two business days.
Personal-use license
Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, store, and use the purchased state edition and any purchased AI Companion for your own personal, noncommercial foreclosure matter. You may print the state guide and working materials the companion helps you create. Ownership of the products and their intellectual-property rights does not transfer to you.
You may not share a purchased file or download link, post it online, resell or sublicense it, distribute copies, remove ownership notices, or use it to create a competing product. Nothing here prevents quotations or other uses permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
A refund for a digital item may be requested within seven calendar days after purchase only if that item has not been downloaded. Once an item has been downloaded, the sale of that item is final, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the complete Refund Policy.
Educational information only
The Playbook, AI Companion, and website provide general educational legal information and organizational support, not legal advice. They do not create an attorney-client relationship, guarantee an outcome, monitor a court docket, guarantee a deadline or filing, or replace advice from an attorney licensed where the property is located. Legal and sale deadlines require prompt attention regardless of use of the materials.
AI service requirements and outputs
The AI Companion requires a compatible third-party AI service and the user's separately purchased state guide. AI service access, subscriptions, storage, availability, and support are not included. You are responsible for reviewing the chosen provider's terms and privacy settings before uploading case documents.
AI-generated output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Do not rely on the companion as the only source for a deadline, filing requirement, legal strategy, or decision. Verify material information against the official docket, filed documents, current official law and rules, and qualified professional help.
Updates, accuracy, and availability
Laws, procedures, and third-party resources can change. Reasonable efforts are made to provide useful information, but no promise is made that every item will remain complete, current, or applicable to a specific situation. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change prospectively; a completed order will be fulfilled according to the terms shown when it was placed.
Warranty and liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products and website are provided “as is” without warranties of a particular legal, financial, or other result. ForeclosureEase is not responsible for decisions, deadlines, losses, or outcomes arising from reliance on general educational material. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
